Walnut and apple-raisin honey cookies

  • 75g wholemeal flour
  • 75g rolled oats
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • 6 HONEYSTICK
  • 60ml sunflower oil
  • Zest of ½ orange

    Preheat the oven to 180c. Stir the flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon together in a bowl.
